Where my clients work
— 01 The real problem
You've been thinking about this for months. Maybe longer.
You're either still employed: the paycheck hits, the bills are paid, the role isn't quite right but isn't bad enough to force a move. So you stay. And watch people with half your experience leapfrog into roles that should have been yours.
Or you're between roles: three months in, the rejections are compounding, and you've had AI rewrite the resume for the 47th time.
Different situation, different internal weather.
Stagnant or spiraling. Either way, you're not moving.
Strategic is a useful word. It's also, sometimes, another word for waiting.
That's the danger zone.
Most career coaches will hand you a resume template and a LinkedIn course. You don't need that. You need someone who's run this 300+ times and can see what you can't see about how you're showing up.

The Rapid Career Accelerator™
A four-part system that rebuilds the brand, the outreach, the interview, and the inner game. All four. Most coaches do one.

— 03 The AI part
AI gets you most of the way. Here's the part it can't.
Every career coach is talking about AI in 2026. Many of them made their LinkedIn posts with Claude and called it expertise. Yes, AI is further along than most coaches will admit. You can get most of the way to a decent resume, a workable LinkedIn, and a solid set of STAR stories yourself, for free. Two years ago, that wasn't true. Today it is.
Here's what AI still can't do.
AI is a mirror. It affirms. It reflects back what you put in, smoothed out. That's useful for drafting. It's a disaster for blind spots, and blind spots are the entire reason senior professionals stay stuck.
AI can't tell you that your whole career story flinches around the layoff. It misses the way your voice drops when you explain why you left. When you're undershooting, it won't push back. It can't read the dynamic in the third interview round, and it definitely can't help you believe the comp you deserve. It won't push you and hold you accountable to get better.
That's the human work. In a market where everyone you're competing against has the same AI tools you do, the human work is the edge.
I still use these tools every day, as an operator. My clients leave with custom AI briefs and prep materials that keep working long after we're done. But the coaching itself, the blind spots, the delivery, the confidence, that's the part we do together.

"I've worked with a lot of coaches and consultants, but you are the first person to manifest the actual potential of AI."

I've Been the Client.
I'm Ben Stein. Former VP of Product. #1 Amazon bestselling author. Coach to 300+ mid-to-senior professionals.
Eight years ago, I was laid off the week I came back from paternity leave. As I walked out of the building carrying a cardboard box, my phone rang. It was the coaching program I'd applied to months earlier.
"Congratulations. You've been accepted. Are you in?" "I'm in."
That was the last job I'll ever be laid off from. Purpose Up has been my life's work since.
My clients land roles at Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Meta, Paycor, Caterpillar, with a median $40K salary increase. Not because I run a playbook. Because I combine the strategy and the inner work that most coaches won't touch.

Questions before you book
How much does it cost?
Worth asking a different question first: what is it costing you not to get the right help? Another 90 days of a search that isn't moving is real money. Lost comp. Missed upside. The compounding toll of the in-between. The Rapid Career Accelerator is a premium, high-touch 1:1 program, priced accordingly. Payment plans and financing are available. The average client sees a $40K median annual increase in compensation, and most recover their full investment within the first month of their new role. We'll cover the specific numbers on the strategy call.

"If I didn't have Ben, I'd probably still be out there looking, doing the same things over and over, wondering why I'm not seeing results."
